Terms of Service
Effective July 2, 2026.
Thanks for using NormForms. These Terms cover your use of NormForms (the "Service"), operated by Struxrdev, a limited liability company incorporated in Utah ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Your account
You need to be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use NormForms. You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your password secure and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. Each person using the Service must be a real human with a unique email address; sharing a single login between multiple people is not permitted.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use NormForms to: collect data for spam or phishing, impersonate someone else, harvest personal information unlawfully, collect payment card numbers, passwords, or similarly sensitive data through your forms, direct submissions at an email address that isn't yours to use, harass anyone, attempt to break or probe the Service, or do anything that violates any applicable law. We get to decide what counts as a violation, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that cross the line.
3. Payment and billing
NormForms has a free tier and paid subscriptions (Pro at $7/month, Business at $50/month). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price displayed when you signed up, until you cancel. We'll give you reasonable notice before any change to standard pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your full credit card number on our servers.
4. Your content and your submissions
You own the data in your NormForms account — your forms and the submissions they receive. We don't claim any ownership of it. You give us permission to host, copy, transmit, and display that content only to the extent necessary to operate the Service for you — for example, storing submissions and emailing them to you.
We won't sell your data, mine it for advertising, or train AI models on it.
Submissions are sent to your forms by your visitors. You're responsible for what you ask them for and for complying with the laws that apply to that data. Don't use NormForms to collect anything you wouldn't be allowed to collect yourself.
5. Spam filtering, honestly stated
NormForms filters spam with layered checks (honeypot, origin verification, rate limiting, and bot challenges). No filter is perfect: some spam may get through, and misconfigured forms (for example, a wrong domain setting) can cause legitimate submissions to be silently dropped by design — that silence is what keeps the filters effective against bots. Check your dashboard settings, use test mode, and we'll always store what we accept.
6. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel anytime — see our Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or in rare cases for security or legal reasons. We'll do our best to give you notice and a chance to export your data when we can.
7. Service changes
We're an actively developed product. Features may be added, changed, or removed. We'll communicate significant changes that affect your use of the Service, but small changes happen continuously without notice.
8. Warranties and liability
NormForms is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the Service running reliably and to keep your data safe, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or perfectly secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or missed messages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your forms, the data you collect through them, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Privacy Policy
Effective July 2, 2026.
Your privacy matters — and so does the privacy of the people who submit your forms. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and the choices you have. NormForms is operated by Struxrdev (Utah, USA). If you have questions, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Account info — your email address and password (stored hashed).
- Content you create — your forms, their settings, and their fields.
- Submissions — whatever your visitors send through your forms, along with the submitting IP address and origin, which we use for spam filtering.
- Usage data — basic logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps) so we can keep the Service running, debug issues, and understand how people use the product. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — not by us.
Your visitors' data
Submissions belong to the form owner. We process them on the owner's behalf: we store them, filter them for spam, and deliver them by email. We never sell submission data, never use it for advertising, and never train AI models on it. Form owners can delete any submission at any time from their dashboard, and deleting a form deletes all of its submissions. If you submitted something through a NormForms-powered form and want it removed, contact the site you submitted it to, or email us and we'll help.
Why we collect it
- To provide the Service — receiving, filtering, storing, and delivering submissions.
- To send transactional emails: submission notifications, account verification, password resets, and quota notices.
- To send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
- To diagnose problems and improve reliability.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share data only with vendors that help us run the Service, and only the minimum each one needs to do its job:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Cloudflare — DNS, network protection, and the invisible bot challenge (Turnstile) on hosted form pages. Turnstile evaluates browser signals to tell humans from bots without tracking you across sites; its data handling is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Hosting and infrastructure — our application hosting provider.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if legally required (subpoena, court order) or to protect against fraud or harm. When we can, we'll notify the affected user first.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies — to keep you signed in and protect against abuse. We don't use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Public form pages set no cookies at all.
Security
All connections to NormForms are encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms. Form URLs are unguessable by design. We restrict access to customer data to what's necessary for support and operations.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Submissions are deleted automatically after each form's retention window (90 days by default — configurable per form from 30 days to "keep until deleted"), and you can delete any submission or form at any time. If you ask us to delete your account, we keep the data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it. Backups may persist for up to 90 days after deletion before being overwritten. Some records (like billing history) may be retained longer when required for tax or legal compliance.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can: access your data, export it, correct inaccuracies, and request deletion. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you're in California, the EU/UK, or another region with additional privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have the same rights described above plus any additional ones granted by local law.
Children
NormForms is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email.
Cancellation Policy
Effective July 2, 2026.
You can cancel your NormForms Pro subscription anytime, for any reason, with no penalty and no phone call required.
How to cancel
Sign in, go to Billing → Manage subscription, and cancel there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep Pro access until then. If you can't access your account for any reason, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll cancel it for you.
What happens to your account
Cancelling Pro doesn't delete anything — your account simply returns to the free tier: unlimited forms with 50 submissions a month, and past-limit submissions are stored but held from delivery. Your forms keep working and your submission history stays intact. If you want your account and data deleted entirely, email us; deletion follows the retention windows in the Privacy Policy (30 days recoverable, backups overwritten within 90 days).
No long-term contracts
NormForms Pro is month to month. There are no annual commitments, cancellation fees, or "are you sure?" hoops to jump through. If it's not working for you, leave — and come back if and when it makes sense again.
Refund Policy
Effective July 2, 2026.
Because NormForms Pro is a low-cost month-to-month subscription, the simplest way to stop being charged is to cancel — see the Cancellation Policy. Once cancelled, you won't be billed again.
When we offer refunds
We offer a refund of your most recent monthly payment if you request one within 14 days of the charge and:
- You were charged by mistake (forgot to cancel, accidental re-subscription, duplicate charge).
- The Service was broken in a way that prevented you from using it for a meaningful portion of the billing period.
- You're new to NormForms and decided within the first two weeks that it isn't the right fit.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Tell us briefly what happened. We'll respond within two business days, and approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What we don't refund
We don't typically offer refunds for billing periods more than 14 days in the past, or for accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
